The seal, explained

"Verified" only means something if you know what was checked.

Most platforms sell verification badges. Ours can't be bought — here is exactly what the PakExportHub seal covers, and what it doesn't.

What we check

Four checks before any profile goes live

Business registration

A valid NTN (National Tax Number) confirming the company is a registered Pakistani business.

Export credentials

Evidence of export capability — export registration, chamber of commerce membership, or documented trade history.

Identity & contact

We speak directly with the listed contact person and confirm the company's physical presence and phone lines.

Claims review

Certifications and capabilities stated on the profile are checked against the documents provided before publication.

Honest limits

What the seal does not promise

Verification confirms a company is real, registered and credentialed at the time of checking. It is not a guarantee of product quality, delivery performance or contract fulfilment — buyers should still follow standard trade practice: samples before bulk orders, inspection services for large shipments, and secure payment terms (L/C or escrow) for first transactions. A platform that promises more than that is lying to you.

  • Verification is never sold — no fee unlocks the seal, at any price
  • Profiles show their verification date; re-verification keeps listings current
  • Listings that fail re-verification or receive substantiated complaints are removed
  • Found an issue with a listed company? Email us — every report is investigated

Verification builds the trust. Trust builds the trade.

Exporters: get verified and listed. Buyers: source from companies whose credentials were actually checked.
